• Data provided in contact forms and enquiries (e.g. name or company name, email address or phone number, message content, and — in the automotive form — vehicle make and model).
• Technical data related to using the site (e.g. IP address, server logs) — to the extent necessary to ensure the security and correct operation of the site.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

• Responding to an enquiry and taking steps prior to entering into a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Handling the business relationship and pursuing the controller's legitimate interest (B2B contact, establishing or defending claims) — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
